Sub-processors
A sub-processor is any third party Velin engages to help deliver the service that may, in the course of that work, process customer data. Every entry below either runs in the EU or has documented EU data-residency commitments.
Status
This list is being finalised. Velin is verifying the current regional commitments and data-processing terms of each candidate sub-processor before publishing the row. The expected entries are Supabase (database, authentication, storage, Edge Functions), Vercel (hosting), Resend (transactional email), Sentry (error monitoring), and Better Stack (logging).

Adding or changing a sub-processor
Velin gives every active customer at least 30 days' written notice before adding a sub-processor or materially changing the purpose of an existing one. The notice is delivered through the contact channel recorded in the customer's account.
